By adding different color master batch with a certain percentage during spinning POY, the fabrics made with dope dyed filament can skip dyeing process, and save a lot of water/energy consumption and reduce CO2 emission. Dope dyed filament is a latest generation of eco-friendly product which can provide better fastness to sunlight and washing.
