Flame Retardant Polyester Fiber contains polymer compounded with phosphorous additive which makes the ­fiber a long-lasting effect of flame retardant.
While burning the ­fiber will shrink as a ball shape so the ‑flame extinguish consequently and it won’t release toxic halogen gas. It is suggested that Flame Retardant Fiber must be used without combination with other ­fibers so the effect of flame retardant can be retained.
